Faridabad : (zeeharyana.com) Technology And Personality Development Center in association with Haryana State Productivity Council organised One Day Workshop on Labour Laws & HR Practices what one should know at its Conference Hall on 17th Nov. 2018.
Inaugurating the workshop Mr. J.P. Malhotra President Haryana State Productivity Council stated that implementation of Labour Laws & compliance thereof results in enhancement of peace and productivity as you find time & spare resources to work on other related aspects. It is simple & straight forward. Compliance creates an atmosphere of Trust of Employees & Employers in the company. The relationship bond, mutual respect besides credibility & ethical working improves.
Mr. A.N. Sharma Convenor of the workshop in his introductory remarks gave a brief overview of the 16 Acts that concern each enterprise & need for its compliance in full. Among the Acts covered in the workshop were One Day Training Programme on “Labour Laws & HR Practices” – what one should know.
The workshop was addressed by Heads / officials of State / Central Government related to the enforces of Act. S/Sh. Ajay Pal Doody Dy. LC, H.K. Saini Director I & SH, Indraj Singh – ARPFC, Ashish Dikshit ARD ESIC, Brajesh Mangla Astt. Apprenticeship Advisor, NAPS Government of Haryana. A detailed Presentation of NAPS – National Apprenticeship Protsahan Scheme was also covered urging the organisations to take advantage. More so when the Government has made changes to make it easy to operate & understand. This is very relevant for Ease of Doing Business & Skill up-gradation, Training & Development of workforce. Presentation on HR Practices were made by . S/Sh. Jagbir Bhadana Sr. Advocate Haryana & Punjab High Court. Bhanu Pratap Singh Head HR Aeon Group of Companies.
Sh. H.L. Bhutani Senior Vice President HSPC outlined the objectives of the Council & the service being rendered by it. He appreciated the efforts of President J.P. Malhotra to jointly conduct the workshop with Technology And Personality Development Center at its Conference Hall for the benefit of Industrial fraternity of Faridabad / NCR.
